1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lawu4d", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://lawu4d.cam.
• "Platform" means the lawu4d website, any associated mobile interfaces, and all services, tools, and content offered therein.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with lawu4d.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded by lawu4d that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using their own money, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity-verification process required under our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lawu4d. By accessing or using the Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and lawu4d.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with lawu4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. lawu4d strictly prohibits gambling by minors and enforces this requirement through identity verification.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you reside.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law in a manner that criminalises users.
5. You must not be a current or former employee of lawu4d, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with lawu4d or any affiliated responsible-gaming program.

4 Account Registration

To access lawu4d's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. If lawu4d detects that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and Bonus Funds forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned at lawu4d's sole discretion following an investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lawu4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. lawu4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Currency

All lawu4d Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment channels.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

lawu4d is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible-gaming obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if lawu4d identifies unusual account activity.

5.1 Required Documents

Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your registered address in Indonesia, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other approved bank) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit funds, confirming it is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-value transactions, lawu4d may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of the funds deposited.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

lawu4d aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful verification. We are not liable for any delays caused by a Player's failure to submit documents promptly or submitting documents that do not meet our quality standards.

6 Deposits

lawu4d accepts deposits exclusively from Players who have completed the registration process. All deposit methods must be registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension.
• lawu4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• lawu4d reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for any transaction it deems unusual in size or frequency.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your Account Balance and used in gameplay.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–6 hours during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, Monday to Saturday).
• Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process.
• lawu4d targets a withdrawal success rate above 99% and publishes this metric transparently on the platform.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own legal name — the same name on the lawu4d Account.
• If a Player has received a Bonus, withdrawal of Real Money Funds may be subject to a minimum wagering activity requirement. Specific conditions are stated in the relevant bonus promotion.
• lawu4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or a pending investigation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

lawu4d periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the general conditions in this clause and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and KYC verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion has a defined wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) that must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, or device.
• lawu4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing bonus conditions that have already been activated by a Player will be honoured.

8.2 Abuse and Fraud

lawu4d employs sophisticated detection tools to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account wagering, and use of betting software to exploit promotional mechanics. Any Player found to be abusing promotions will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account suspended.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the lawu4d Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., for togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery — sports betting including mix parlay accumulators, or live casino tables) are published in the relevant product section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. lawu4d does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted by the system, except in the case of a verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect payout, lawu4d reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate the correct winnings amount.
• lawu4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any irregularity that compromises the integrity of the result.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant product section and may be adjusted at lawu4d's discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Sports odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applied to the wager.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lawu4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or registering on behalf of a person under 21.
• Holding more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment (e.g., operating a commercial betting syndicate).
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in live games, poker, or any other multi-player product.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, including IP masking, VPN usage to misrepresent location, or any other deceptive technique.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward lawu4d staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without written authorisation from lawu4d.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the lawu4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of lawu4d or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

lawu4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the lawu4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion of it on another website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to lawu4d for distribution. All associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lawu4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lawu4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond lawu4d's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, governmental action, or telecommunications outages).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform as financial, legal, or investment advice.

13 Privacy

lawu4d is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to lawu4d processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service delivery.

14 Responsible Gaming

lawu4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all Players free of charge through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

15 Account Termination

15.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting lawu4d support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding investigations are pending. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

15.2 Termination by lawu4d

lawu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Conduct that lawu4d reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandating closure.

Where lawu4d closes an Account due to a proven breach of these Terms, any Balance (including Real Money Funds) may be forfeited at lawu4d's discretion following a documented investigation process.

16 Amendments

lawu4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lawu4d will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately in the case of changes required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

17 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lawu4d holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents lawu4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
